Known Issue – Simple Syllabus error in Chrome browser

Issue Some users may experience an error when using a Chrome browser to access Simple Syllabus. The error message reads “This site can’t be reached,” with the error code ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Solution Users should clear the cache and cookies in their Chrome browser. In step 3, choose the All time option for the time range.

Turnitin will be removing e-rater from all of its products as of December 31, 2024. This feature will be removed because Educational Testing Services (ETS) will no longer be supporting their e-rater grammar service in 2025.
