Pearson tools are currently unavailable through Blackboard Learn. Links to Pearson (MyLabs, etc) assignments redirect to Blackboard Learn institution page or are otherwise broken. We are working with our vender support teams to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Related Blackboard status Incident Report: Learn Partner Cloud / LTI Tools Issue
Blackboard has identified an issue affecting LTI tool and Partner Cloud integrations, such as Pearson REVEL and Turnitin. A maintenance update is being applied to UA’s Blackboard Learn on Monday, January 10 to resolve the issue. This notice will be updated once the maintenance is complete. Other components or Blackboard Learn should not be affected by this issue or the maintenance update. Contact cit@ua.edu if issues persist once the update is complete.

Pearson will perform scheduled maintenance on Saturday, November 20, 12:00 – 8:00 a.m.. Students will be unable to access Blackboard Learn-integrated Pearson content during the entire maintenance window, including all MyLab, Mastering and MyLabsPlus, Enhanced Revel, MyEnglishLab, and Pearson English Portal content.
