Issue Some users may experience an error when using a Chrome browser to access Simple Syllabus. The error message reads “This site can’t be reached,” with the error code ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Solution Users should clear the cache and cookies in their Chrome browser. In step 3, choose the All time option for the time range.

This feature will be removed because Educational Testing Services (ETS) will no longer be supporting their e-rater grammar service in 2025.
