On Saturday, June 26, the Panopto Cloud will be updated with the latest features and improvements. These updates will require downtime. We expect up to 4 hours of downtime starting at 8pm Central.

Currently, some users are encountering sporadic errors where administrative registration, enrollment, and course maintenance processes are not coming across from Banner/myBama to Blackboard Learn. Please report specifics to cit@ua.edu if you encounter error messages or unexpected outcomes.

For some users, the Blackboard Learn course list in myBama is not loading courses or says no courses are found. To access Blackboard Learn courses from myBama, select More at the top of the screen and choose Blackboard. Users can also log in to Blackboard Learn directly at ualearn.blackboard.com using myBama credentials.

Blackboard will perform emergency data center maintenance on Friday, June 11. Four hours of downtime can be expected between the hours of 1:00am and 5:00am CDT. Please contact cit@ua.edu if you have questions or need instructional technology assistance.

Blackboard cleanup to begin July 15. Beginning July 15, the Center for Instructional Technology will remove old course content from the Blackboard Learn system.
