Service Interruption – Student Opinions of Instruction surveys

University of Alabama Student Opinions of Instruction (SOI) platform is experiencing a service interruption. Watermark Insights, the tool and platform used to handle SOIs, first reported the issue today, November 20, at 9:47AM Central and the outage is ongoing as of 3:16PM Central.
