Some UA Blackboard users experienced a period of unavailability between 1:18 – 3:37 a.m. April 17. Blackboard technicians are investigating.

Safari version 11.1 released in early April may cause students and instructors to see a time out message when attempting to upload a file to Blackboard. Please use Firefox or Chrome browsers for file uploads.

The Turnitin system is experiencing sporadic outages that began around 7:00 AM this morning. Turnitin Status updates can be found on Twitter.

Turnitin reported that users had difficulty viewing paper submissions from 7:45 AM to 11:55 AM on March 28.

Some Turnitin users were unable to view submissions in Feedback Studio between 10:00 PM on Monday, March 26 and 12:40 AM on Tuesday, March 27.

Blackboard engineers will be performing maintenance on the data center that hosts UA’s instance of Blackboard Collaborate between 4-5 a.m. CDT March 20. The Collaborate system will be unavailable during this time.

Some users may have experienced a problem accessing or submitting to Turnitin today between 12:09 – 1:09 pm.

The Turnitin system experienced slowness and brief periods of unavailability from 11: 50 AM until 1:30 PM on Friday, February 16.

Inline grading in Blackboard via Box View does not allow for commenting on Excel files at this time.

Blackboard was unavailable from 8:47 am until 8:50 am on Saturday, January 20th due to system maintenance.
