There is a known issue where Google Chrome is not opening the clicker registration page when clicking the registration link in Blackboard. Students will need to use another browser until this issue is resolved.

Access to Tegrity through ua.tegrity.com has been restored. Users should now also be able to log in and record directly from the Tegrity recorder application.
Login via ua.tegrity.com and through the Tegrity recorder application is currently unavailable. Users can still access Tegrity through the “Tegrity Classes” button in their Blackboard courses. This issue is also affecting several other institutions. Tegrity’s engineers are investigating the problem.
Blackboard Collaborate will be unavailable Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 3:00 AM to Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 5:00 AM. All Mac users will need to download the new Mac launcher 1.5.0.
Box will be performing an update to the Box Drive for Windows application beginning June 19. Box Drive users should accept the Box Drive upgrade when prompted to do so. We have just received notification that UA’s Blackboard system is down. We are engaging Blackboard Support about this issue.
Blackboard will generate an error if a file with an apostrophe in its filename is uploaded. The fix is to avoid using apostrophes in filenames.
There is a known issue that Collaborate users are unable to upload PowerPoint files in Collaborate on Mac OS High Sierra. More information can be found in this Blackboard article.
We are getting reports that the Blackboard course menu will disappear under certain circumstances. The fix is to log out of Blackboard, clear your browser’s cache, then restart the browser.
Users who attempt to upload .docx files to Blackboard using Safari report receiving an error message stating that the file can’t be uploaded. A Blackboard Support ticket about this issue is being created. The workaround is to use Chrome or Firefox to upload .docx files.
