The UA Blackboard Learn team has made the decision to halt all pending integrations until an audit of our existing integrations and the potential issues they may cause is complete. Turnitin will be performing proactive emergency maintenance that will temporarily disrupt services from 10am – 6:30pm on Saturday September 22nd.

Users may have experienced issues with logging in, submitting, and uploading papers from 10:40am-11:10am. This was due to a software bug within Turnitin. Turnitin’s engineers have resolved the issue.

Blackboard Collaborate will be unavailable Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 2:00 AM to Thursday, September 20, 2018 6:00 AM for scheduled maintenance.

UA’s Blackboard instance was down from approximately 10:50-11:10 a.m. Sep. 10.

Upon the release of iOS 12 (scheduled for Fall 2018), Box will no longer continue support for iOS 10. The iOS devices which will no longer be supported (because they do not support upgrading to iOS versions newer than iOS 10) are: iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, and iPad 4th generation.

TurningTechnologies will be performing maintenance on the TurningPoint server starting on Saturday, August 4 at 10:30 p.m. The maintenance is expected to last about one hour. During this time, you will not be able to access your TurningPoint account or any of the TurningTechnologies applications.

Collaborate will be unavailable Thursday, July 26 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. for emergency infrastructure maintenance.
