RESOLVED – Known Issue: Respondus Monitor Service Degradation

Update 12/8 @ 12:35 pm – Respondus reports that this issue is resolved. The service degradation occurred approximately between 9:55 am and 12:15 pm CST.


Respondus is investigating reports of users encountering errors when they attempt to start a proctoring session using Respondus Monitor. The status of this issue can be tracked on the Respondus Status page.
