This issue occurred from approximately 12:10 PM Central until 3:49 PM Central.

Respondus Monitor, the webcam component for Respondus Lockdown Browser, is experiencing a partial outage.
Student users may experience issues starting new Respondus Monitor sessions. The error message asks them to contact their instructor to fix the issue, but the “Fix It” button does not show on the instructor dashboard.
Respondus is aware of the issue and is working on a solution. If you have questions, please contact the Center for Instructional Technology.
