Monitoring

Blackboard Support has implemented a fix for the LTIs connection and are monitoring the results.


Issue

Blackboard is reporting that their LTI services are currently down. This means the connection between Blackboard and its third-party integrations, like publishers and textbook platforms, are unavailable. Users will receive an error message that says “Oops, something went wrong. Unable to launch link. Unable to connect to the Cloud.”

Blackboard Support is working to resolve the issue. We will update this post with any new information.
