Resolved – AWS issue causes error message

Resolved: This issue was resolved around 5:45 PM on 6/13/23.


We are aware of an Amazon Web Services (AWS) degradation that is impacting some of our tools accessed through Blackboard. Users may receive an error message when attempting to launch various third-party tools.

CIT is working with Blackboard Support and monitoring the AWS service page. We will update this issue with any new information.
