Tegrity engineers will be performing maintenance on their servers on March 31 from 12:00 a.m. to 7 a.m. CDT. There will be a 3-hour downtime window from 12:00 a.m to 3 a.m. CDT.

On Friday, February 8, 2019 between the hours of 1 AM – 5:00 AM CST, Blackboard will be performing maintenance on the data center that hosts UA’s Blackboard system. While they anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work, they cannot entirely rule out brief periods of intermittent connectivity.

On Friday, February 1, 2019 between the hours of 1-5 a.m. CST, Blackboard will be performing maintenance on the data center that hosts UA’s Blackboard system. While they anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work, they cannot entirely rule out brief periods of intermittent connectivity.

Blackboard, Inc. has end-of-lifed its Blackboard Instant Messenger application effective December 31, 2018. Although there is not an exact replacement for Blackboard IM, Zoom is a tool that may be of interest to you. You can find more information on Zoom at https://oit.ua.edu/software/zoom/.

On Friday, Feb. 1 between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. CST, Blackboard will be conducting maintenance on the data center that hosts Blackboard Collaborate. Users should be aware that intermittent connectivity is possible during this infrastructure maintenance window.

TurningPoint will be performing scheduled maintenance on all TurningPoint servers starting on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 10 p.m. and continuing until Dec. 30 at 1 a.m. CST.  While this is happening, TurningPoint will be down and you will not be able to run a session or access your account.

Tegrity will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, December 30th between 3am and 10am. Tegrity service may be unavailable during this time.
