The issue with the Qualtrics login page should be resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please clear the cache in your browser and try again.

Issue

All users are receiving an error message when attempting to login to Qualtrics at qualtrics.ua.edu. The error message may begin with the text “Unauthorized Access.”

University of Alabama login portal with an error message that states "Unauthorized Access, Authentication response provided to CAS by the external identity provider cannot be accepted."

Details

We do not have a workaround at this time. OIT is aware of the issue and they are working on a solution. We will update this post and update all UA technology contacts as we receive more information.
