Resolved – Panopto slowness & error message 9-3

Users should now be able to access Panopto and view Panopto videos in Blackboard. Panopto Support is continuing to investigate the root cause and monitoring cloud metrics to ensure the issue is resolved.

Users may receive an error message when logging into Panopto or viewing Panopto videos through Blackboard.
