Update 4:30 PM

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing a service issue in the US East 1 region. This is causing issues with multiple instructional technologies and affects how users can access them. The following are ongoing:

  • Qualtrics: Experiencing intermittent issues with user access.

We’ll update this post again once the vendors report new information.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing a service issue in the US East 1 region. This is causing issues with multiple instructional technologies and affects how users can access them. The following are ongoing:

  • Blackboard: Experiencing intermittent issues with user access.
  • Panopto: Content processing or other long-running operations may take longer than expected to process.
  • Respondus Monitor (webcam): Experiencing intermittent issues with user access.
  • Qualtrics: Experiencing intermittent issues with user access.

Support

All vendors are working with Amazon Web Services to mitigate and resolve the issue. We will update this post when all issues have been resolved.
