Blackboard resolved the issue with sending emails from courses. A fix was implemented on December 10, 2025 around 10:00PM CST.

Issue
Users may experience issues with sending emails from Blackboard. This could affect both Original and Ultra courses where instructors send emails from the Grade Center and Gradebook.
