Upcoming Turnitin Outage 3/17
Turnitin will be unavailable on March 17th, 2018 between 10am and 4pm for maintenance related to hardware updates and performance improvements.
Brief Blackboard Outage 1/20
Blackboard was unavailable from 8:47 am until 8:50 am on Saturday, January 20th due to system maintenance.
Blackboard and Duo
All currently enrolled students are required to use DUO for authentication into myBama. DUO is supported by the IT Service Desk.
Clicker Updates
Updates for clicker and mobile device polling became available in Fall 2017.
End of support for Mobile Learn
Support for the Mobile Learn app ended in August 2017. The Blackboard app for students and the Blackboard Instructor app are options for Mobile Learn users.
Box not compatible with Internet Explorer 9 and 10
UA+Box can not be accessed through Internet Explorer 9 and10. Find all the Box supported browsers.
