Issue
We are aware of an Known Issue affecting file links in both online and on-campus Blackboard courses. When selecting a file, the link may direct the user to a different file in the course.
Example: In a specific scenario where a document included PDF attachments from more than one course, an attachment from a different course may no longer be referenced correctly. In some cases, the document may display an incorrect PDF or an attachment may not open as expected.

We have reported this to Blackboard Support and they are working on a fix. We do not have an estimated time for a resolution, but we will keep you updated.
