Issue
There is an issue with using iClicker (a third-party tool) through the Macmillan Achieve integration. Currently, faculty may experience an issue with iClicker grade columns in the Blackboard Gradebook. If a column is deleted by the instructor, that column may reappear along with duplicate iClicker grade columns.
iClicker is a polling solution offered by Macmillan that is not integrated with UA’s Blackboard system.

We have reported this to Blackboard Support and Macmillan Support.
Workaround
The current workaround is to use iClicker separate from Macmillan Achieve. Instead of syncing the grades from Macmillan Achieve, faculty should export the grades from iClicker results and import them to the Blackboard Gradebook.
