The Office of Information Technology and CIT have resolved the issue with the connection between Blackboard Ultra and OneDrive.
When connecting to OneDrive from the Blackboard content editor, users will be prompted to login to Microsoft with their UA or Crimson email address and password. After authenticating through DUO, users should see the file structure of their UA OneDrive account.
If you are still experiencing an issue with connecting to OneDrive through Blackboard, please contact CIT for more troubleshooting.
Issue
Users receive an error message when attempting to connect to OneDrive files through Blackboard Ultra assignments. The error message reads “Need admin approval. Blackboard Inc needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.”
