Resolved – Zoom services unavailable 4-16

RESOLVED: All Zoom services have been restored, if you are still having connection issues please contact the UA IT Service Desk.


Zoom is experiencing an outage and it is affecting multiple services.

Affected services include Zoom Cloud recordings automatically uploading to Panopto. Until this is resolved, Zoom recordings will not get imported to Panopto.

We will update this post with any new information that we receive. If you need an alternative meeting software, please contact the Center for Instructional Technology for more information.
