Issue
Blackboard Support has identified a Known Issue where users are unable to access their draft responses in a Discussion thread. If a user saves their Discussion post or Discussion reply as a draft it is no longer accessible to them if they come back to edit and submit it to the Discussion thread.
Workaround
Users are encouraged to write and save their responses in another software (example: Microsoft Word) to draft their responses. When they are ready to submit the response, copy/paste the text into the Discussion text editor and Submit.
