CIT’s Teaching with Technology
Save the Date: August 17-18, 2026
Teaching with Tech is CIT’s annual fall preparation event for faculty and instructors. Join us for workshops and opportunities to connect with the CIT team as you prepare your courses for the semester ahead. Sessions will focus on instructional technology, Blackboard, accessibility, student engagement, and other practical topics to support effective teaching and learning. Upcoming Digital Accessibility Events
UA’s Digital Accessibility team is offering a variety of learning opportunities throughout July to help instructors and staff create more inclusive digital experiences. Sessions include Fixing a PDF, Make Your Blackboard Course Accessible with Ally, and Ally for Students. Whether you’re looking to improve course accessibility, learn how to remediate documents, or better understand the tools available to support all learners, these workshops provide practical guidance and hands-on strategies. Turnitin Audio and Video Feedback, Instructors can now leave audio or video comments to personalize feedback and build stronger connections with students.
