Panopto Downtime – August 15th

On Saturday, August 15, Panopto will be upgrading their cloud infrastructure to improve system performance and scalability.  During the upgrade, service may be unavailable for up to 3 hours beginning at 8pm Central Time.

Panopto Downtime – June 27, 2020

The Panopto cloud will be updated on June 27th, 2020. ┬áThis update will require approximately 3 hours of downtime beginning at 8pm Central Time. During the downtime, users will not be able to access Panopto videos, and any attempts to upload new recordings will result in a “Server unable to connect” message.

Blackboard Slowness – July 5th, 2019

Many Blackboard customers, included UA, have been experiencing intermittent slowness issues since the morning of Wednesday, July 3rd. Blackboard is aware of the problem and they are working to correct the underlying issue.

Turnitin Error 500

Turnitin is currently experiencing a service disruption that may prevent instructors from commenting on student submissions.

Turnitin Upload Issue

Several users have reported that they were unable to upload submissions to Turnitin. In these instances, the upload process begins but a “successful submission” message is never displayed. To correct this, users should delete their browser history and cache.
